Magic Circles Workshop

Casting a magic circle is one of the potent primary actions in witchcraft. It can create a sacred space, a ring of protection, a container for conjuring - or a combination of any of these intentions. People have been casting circles of some form for centuries, and this practice can be as simple or as elaborate as one can imagine. But regardless of style, circle casting is one of the most fundamental and most powerful tools one can have in their magical arsenal.

In this visually-rich online workshop, Pam Grossman covers various forms of magic circles from across the globe, and break down the key steps and components for creating or enhancing one's own magic circle practice. Students will come away with everything they need to cast a variety of magic circles with confidence.

This workshop is open to all, from the curious newbie to the occult devotee.

Please bring the following to class:

- Some incense or burnable herbs of your choosing and/or a small bowl of salt water

- A feather or additional incense

- A candle and something to light it with

- A bowl or bottle of unsalted water

- A stone, crystal, or container of dirt/sand

- An object of your choosing that connects you to Spirit and/or makes you feel your most magical

- Paper and something to write with

Please also note: this class was recorded live over Zoom with workshop participants. 99% of the class is Pam speaking, giving a visual presentation, and leading a few magical exercises, but there is a tiny bit of participation from student volunteers, including a brief Q&A at the end.
